You will be responsible for supervising and developing commercial performance across your region, and ensuring effective execution of the company’s strategy in the field.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage a network of clients and distributors
  • Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
  • Lead, coach and develop field sales teams
  • Monitor performance and define corrective action plans
  • Track market trends and competitive activity

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar management role
  • Strong knowledge of the Central Region and its distribution channels
  • Degree in Business, Management or equivalent (Bac+3/5)
  • Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Autonomous, organised and team-oriented
