Hand harvesting and sorting, followed by fermentation and maceration for 15 days, then aging for one year: 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in tank.
Pair with all tastings of tapas, grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, cheeses, or chocolate desserts.
Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
Best enjoyed withing three years to fully appreciate its freshness and wonderful red fruit aromas.
