Olinia is our extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Arbequina olives grown in the historic region of Meknès, the cradle of olive cultivation in Morocco since Roman times.

Each tree is cultivated with care and precision to produce olives of exceptional quality. Harvested at optimal ripeness, the olives are cold-pressed within two hours at the mill located directly on the estate. This preserves their natural freshness and full nutritional integrity.

The result is a pure and delicate oil with an exceptionally low acidity of less than 0.2%, a true mark of finesse. Olinia reveals a smooth texture and a fresh, fruity aroma, free from bitterness or pungency.
